Traditionally, a Balayage is a French hair-coloring technique where color or lightener is hand-painted rather than encapsulated in traditional foils. This creates a soft, graduated, sun-kissed, and natural look. With a signature dark root and focused brightness on the mid-lengths, balayages are perfect for a low-maintenance and dimensional hairstyle.

Your stylist can create a custom, dimensional hair color using a balayage technique; however, for brighter, more impactful changes, partial or full highlights might be more suitable.

Color Correction is a highly technical process used to fix undesirable hair color. This service involves consultation to analyze the best way to remove, neutralize, and re-deposit correct color to achieve the desired, healthy-looking shade.

Because this is a time-intensive service, stylists charge by the hour and might recommend multiple sessions. Consultations are needed before the service is performed.

Full highlights are applied throughout the entire head, including underneath, back, sides, and front “money pieces”. This can be highlights, lowlights, or a mixture of both. Full highlights are ideal to create a bright, blonde look or adding in multi-dimensional color to all layers of hair.

Your stylist will foil and isolate thin, even sections to create significant, all-over change. This service is often completed 1-3 times a year, with partial highlights in between services to maintain color.

This service applies a single, solid shade to the entire head from roots to ends. This is ideal for bold transformations, grey coverage, and uniformity. Typically, clients book for a root retouch every 4-6 weeks to maintain color.

Partner your all over color with a toner/gloss/glaze, deep conditioner, or Malibu treatment.

Mini foils, similar to a partial highlight, focus 10-15 foils on high-impact areas, typically to refresh brightness between full highlights, create small, but significant change, or be a more cost-effective and faster alternative to other lightening services.

Mini foils can extend the life of your current colored hair style or be a great way to change your look on a budget. Usually focused on the hairline, mini foils can enhance your hair beautifully.

Although not recommended for clients who prefer to wear their hair up, consult with your stylist on what service is best for you prior to booking.

Partner your mini foil with a toner/gloss/glaze, deep conditioner, or Malibu treatment and get the perfect salon-fresh look.

Partial highlights are applied strategically throughout the top layer, part line, or around the face. Ideally for a client in-between a full highlight service, looking for minimal yet impactful change, or wanting a service every 6-8 weeks for softer regrowth.

Your stylist will use around 10-20 foils in the key areas you’re looking to enhance. Partner your partial highlight with a toner/gloss/glaze, deep conditioner, or Malibu treatment.

Please note, a partial highlight is not recommended if you wear your hair up. Consult with your stylist if a partial or a full highlight is best for your desired results prior to booking.

This hair color service targets usually the first ½” or 1” regrowth from the scalp to blend into existing color or cover grays. This is a great service in between full color services every 3-6 weeks.
